| Paper Submissions Deadline | 15 July 2024 |
| Papers Review Period | 16 July – 16 August 2024 |
| Camera-Ready Revised Paper Submissions Deadline | 1 September 2024 |
| Early Bird Registration | 1 May – 30 June 2024 |
| Standard Registration | 1 July – 31 August 2024 |
| Conference Day | 25-26 September 2024 |
*Once the abstract is accepted, a full paper should be submitted per the schedule and instructions outlined on the website. For a paper to be included in the ICGEE2024 Proceedings, at least one of the authors must be a registered participant of the ICGEE2024 conference. An individual registered for the ICGEE2024 is allowed to publish up to two papers. Following the two-paper restriction, at least one of the additional co-authors listed on the accepted paper must also be a registered attendee of the ICGEE2024.
